Our Team Building based on Virtual Reality, will immerse your team and sollicitate senses in unexpected situations. The feelings, the emotions felt, which demonstrate some of their team personalities. Between each game, your team will be asked to freely debrief between themsleves, once the constructive conversation defines similarities with the real work environment, our Certified Business Coaches, will guide them to define a new way to succeed in reality and in the game.  Your team will be transported into a series of Realistic Immersive Experiences. Each experience has different playful objectives to reach, it offers an opportunity to relate to current and future Business situations. The experiences are evolutive with specific Business aspects such as teamwork, true and meaningful communication, interpersonal relationships, and work optimization.

The scenarios offered are designed to elicit interactions and emotions from participants before, during and after the experience. Your team will be guided from Virtual reality situations to Business life reality. The difficulty parameters are adjusted according to the group and may be repeated as many times as necessary to reach your objectives.

The workshop alternates between experiential virtual phases and face to face feedback and coaching sessions.
