Our Team Building based on Virtual Reality (VR) will enlighten all of  your team members and bring them closer together in a more collaborative, communicative and understanding way. Virtual Reality has the power to Immerse people making them feel closer psychologically even when they are apart. The Interaction between your team members will be enhanced and will allow for more TrueTalk. Besides the Immersive experience VR will ignite their Imagination, and improve interactions (Josephine Eyre – Digital anthropologist).

The Team Building consists of 3 Immersive sessions, each followed by a debriefing session with coaching based on real life situations led by a Certified Business Coach.

The first Immersive session is all about survival in a safe environment. Your team will be Immersed in a safe but uncharted territory. In this session, relationships will be observed and noted for future coaching. In these unexpected situations, some of the key personality traits we will observe are: Respect, Communication, Feedback, and Openness. 

Once the team has successfully completed the session, the Coach will perform coaching based on your real life situations to help the team understanding what could go wrong, how to react as a team and how to succeed even when the situation might get out of hands.

The second Immersive session is all about balance for the team. We will observe the level of collaboration between team members to achieve a specific objective. Support and solidarity will be looked at by the Coach. Which team member is offering advice and support, which one stays in a bubble, and how each team member adapts to fast evolution and potentially stressful but safe situations.

The third immersive session is based on how the team operates (regulation). It will be at that stage that the unity of the team will be evaluated as they navigate toward an objective and have to avoid obstacles to reach their final and successful destination. During this session we will look at how the Team organizes itself. How receptive to new solutions are all the team members? Is the same unsuccessful approach tried over and over?   Are silent leaders emerging?   Is the team reaching unity, collaborating and communicating to act like a orchestra delivering a concert?

All sessions are recorded and will be delivered to you a few days after the team building session.
