The objective of this training is to help your teams to improve productivity, reduce bad habits and increase sense of belonging from their direct reports. Ultimately, coaching will entice your individual contributors to stay with you and the company. People do not leave a company, they leave a manager.

During the course you will:

- Learn the primary competencies for successful coaching.
- Understand and practice the 7 communication styles.
- Learn and practice the 5 primary competencies of a coach.
- Learn and practice how to give feedback without judgement.
- Learn and practice how to give constructive positive feedback.
- Learn key words that will help your employee to come up with realistic solutions to the situations.
- Understand how to create an efficient coaching environment
- Learn and practice how to get your direct report to come up with solutions to fix the problem.
- Learn how to establish a personalized Coaching plan for each of your direct reports.

Below is a breakdown of the course program, which is offered virtually or in person.
- 65% of the time is dedicated to workshops – which are based on real life situations.
- 20% of the time the coach explains the concepts, shares tips and techniques.
- 15% of the time the coach addresses participants specific situations with group.
